Had been on line for hours trying to get affordable accomodation near the Airport when I came across the Roomex no. and actually talked to a human voice who was SO friendly and helpful and had me organised in minutes. Unfortunately I had already organised a place to stay in New York and only wished I had known about Roomex beforehand. I have told everyone about Roomex and will be using them from now on. Only hope I get the same guy at the end of the phone
