This family run hotel is centrally located next to a wonderful park near to Amsterdam's city and tourist centre. It is 15 km to the North Sea and public transport leaves from directly by the hotel. It is also just 15 km to the airport.
Room Description
The congenial en suite rooms contain a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, Internet access, central heating, a safe and are fitted with carpets.
Meals
There is a fine buffet available at breakfast and in the evening.
Remarks
The hotel changes its policy to a non smoking hotel. If guests continue to smoke in the rooms, it will charge a fine. The amount will be used to clean the room in order for following guests to enjoy a smoke-free hotel.

The hotel was in a good location with easy access to the numbers 3 and 25 trams. Number 4 tram a short walk away. Albert Cyup market and a great pedestrian shopping and dining area also a short walk away. The hotel has an excellent continental breakfast buffet with freshly baked rolls, cold cuts, fruit, yogurt, cereal, juice, and hot beverages. Having that included in the Roomex price was a nice bonus. The staff at the hotel were helpful and knowledgable about the area. The small bar in the hotel was also a nice touch. The only slight downside was that the room was under the stairs, so a little noisy, and also small. Everything was clean and all equipment worked, but I think I would ask for a room not under the stairs next time. Bed and pillows were comfortable, and I like how they wrap the blanket in sheets for you. Would stay again on next trip.
