Great location, terrible hotel. The light in the bathroom didn't work. the TV didn't work. We only stayed 2 days in Nice and this hotel was the worst one we stayed in France by far.

This hotel is very well located near the Messena and also just across from the Old Town and beach. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was pretty small but the daily room service kept it in excellent shape. More suited for shorter stays.

the hotel was very clean. We had a very nice spacious room on the 5th floor. A little noisy but it was very well situated for getting around in Nice - lots of shops, restaurants and bars near by as well as easy access to the old section of Nice. Breakfast was very basic - awful coffee and dry bread but I wasn't expecting a lot given the price of the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people looking for a cheap place to stay in Nice.
