The location of this hotel is fantastic,in a safe quiet area, very central only a few minutes walk from Leidesplein and tram stop. The hotel itself is basic as are the rooms, my room was very small but I was on my own and expected it, so it was not a problem for me. Walls however are paper thin, you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. Again this did not bother me as I was returning home very late, but good to know if you are looking for a quiet weekend this may not suit you. Overall I would recommend it, I am a solo male traveller and it suited my cheap and basic needs for the weekend, it may not be for everyones requirements. Breakfast is offered but I didn't have any so can't comment on it.
