We had a lovely time in this hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful and helped me to get back a bag that I had left in a taxi. Hotel is lovely and clean and we felt very safe there. Very central and close to the train station- easy to get a bus from there to the Leaning Tower or to get a train to Florence. Only 5 min taxi journey to the airport. I recommend this hotel.
