we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. the room was good and had everything you'd expect from a top class hotel. Check-in / out was very efficient and the staff were helpful and friendly. Location was ideal, right in the heart of the action. we would certainly recommend it.

This hotel is just superb. The staff are attentive but unobtrusive. The atmosphere is a joy with a pianist playing all though the sunday afternoon in the main lounge. Everything you would wish for in a bedroom, with daily clean linen and a turndown service as to be found in the worlds greatest hotels which is what the Grand Krasnaplosky can rightly claim to be.

Hotel was just great. Location perfect , Staff were lovely. would go back there again and again. Only 1 problem was window in rooms had no opening and it was hot and stuffy. A monor problem so overall we loved the hotel. How could we complain champane and strawberrys for breakfast on valentines morning....... Great great time had by all.

Location was great, Initially we were given a very small double room On our second day we asked if we could change rooms which we did do without any problems. The staff were nice and helpful. We were unluky with our neighbouring room on our last night as they were extremely noisy, this was bad luck, as I'm sure if we were to stay there again this wouldn't be the case. Breakfast was good,it was basic enough. I'd stay there again.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view.The service was excellent and the personel really helpful. However, there was a disfunction at the heating system and our room was freezing for 3 nights(that was really frustrating). Even when we changed room the problem remained. Even though the hotel is not situated near the town center the public transport is efficient. This, however, wasn't the same on the day of our arrival because it was New Year's Eve and we could only use a taxi (50 euros to get to the hotel+ 50 euros to go and return fron the city center!!!!!) The buffet breakfast was rich and delicious but the restaurant menu was poor and closed quite early in the evening.

We visited Amsterdam for holidays for 3 days, and we stayed in this hotel. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were tastefully decorated in a very contemporary style, but they were very compact like many of the rooms in hotels and buildings in Amsterdam! All the rooms have access to free WiFi which makes it ideal for business travellers, or leisure travellers who need to connect to the Internet. The staff were friendly and helpful. Perhaps the best thing about the hotel was its location. It is opposite the main train station, and it is only a short walk to most of Amsterdam's most famous attractions.

Staff were not very friendly! I asked to be located in a quiet room as I was in Amsterdam on business, I was placed in a corner room where I heard traffic and trains until late into the night and again very early in the morning,it appears that they have not sound proofed the hotel!

I stayed at France Hotel in Amsterdam on 14/11/11. The hotel is very close to the central train station. The room was small and it was basic but very clean. The breakfast was fine and I had no complaints about the hotel.

The best two things about the Nadia Hotel Amsterdam are the hotel's location and the staff. Our double room was reasonably priced €280 for 4 nights, and breakfast was included. The hotel is clean, and the room was made up each day. Located on Central Radhuisstraat, the hotel is 5 mins away from Dam Sq., The Anne Frank House, Westerkerk - but Amsterdam is such a walkable city, youre never far from any of the sights. Even though our room was very small, I would definetely reccomend this hotel - however its not suitable for the disabled as the reception is located at the top of a long staircase.

just back from a weekend in Amsterdam where we stayed in the nh city centre hotel. The hotel was lovely with friendly staff and great location,with bars and restaurants on the doorstep and within walking distance from all the sights. The room was very nice and very clean with housekeeping calling every morning to clean and change towels.a lovely hotel with a very relaxing atmosphere in a great location. I would recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again

Absoutely beautiful would definetly recommend this hotel, staff were very friendly, rooms spotless, we were upgraded to a triple room which was very large, english stations on TV and perfect location will defo be back :)
