Antik Hotel Istanbul

Great location near to all the major attactions. Very clean but rooms very small,buffet breakfast O.K.

From the moment I was met at the airport by a courteous driver for the transfer to the Antik Hotel I experienced exceptional hospitaliy and professionalism from all their staff. The room was excellent, quiet, well furnished, very comfortable and clean. The view out over the Bosphorous was superb! It was in a quiet Side street just off the main avenue in the old city, which was an excellent location for viewing all the cultural and historical sights of old Istanbul. In two minutes I was in the bustle of the Grand Bazaar of 4000 shops or amongst the series of impressive mosques and other historical monuments. There was a tram stop just outSide which meant the entire city was easily accessible. The front desk staff were very friendly, offering advice about what to see, and how best to use my time. Overall it was an extremely enjoyable break, combining a superbly comfortable room, quality service and brilliant location. I can't wait till I get back again!!
