All apartments and studios are located in the old town on the Gothic and Borne area neighbourhood. Ramblas, Boqueria Market, the Cathedral, Santa Maria del Mar church as well as many restaurants, bars and museums are within walking distance. The check in is on Guardia street, number 08.
Rooms
The accommodation for 2 or 3 people is based on lovely and cosy studios. For 4 or more people 2 bedrooms apartments will be provided with an additional sofa bed in the living room. All units are equipped with hot and cold air conditioning, satellite TV, free internet access, safe, free coffee and tea making facilities, working desk and fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, crockery and fridge. Complete bathroom with shower and towels included as well as linen and luggage storage. Some apartments might have a magnificent terrace for communal use where you can organise barbecues or simply relax.

Our Customer stayed here in November 2011
we had a nice and clean appartment in the area of barceloneta. the only minus point is that we had a 3 persons appartment in stead of a 4 persons appartement. but yeah it was a 1,5 bed; but it was not good organised. But accept for that point we had a great stay in a lovely appartment.

Our Customer stayed here in December 2010
The location of the hotel was excellent and the apartment was very clean. However, we were disturbed by the cigarette smoke that came into our room from the inside patio. The patio was used by the hotel guests and even at night time (am). Other thing that I found very unsatisfactory was the sofabed. It was very uncomfortable as there was no mattress.
