Our Customer stayed here in May 2011
This certainly isn't the boutique hotel that is described and carefully photographed on the hotel website. Whilst the staff are fine and the reception lobby looks good...the rooms are awful! Our room had mould on the walls, damp under the floor that warped the laminate floor in hallway, tiles coming off in bathroom, dirty fingerprints on doors/walls - not nice at all. Rooms are also very noisy - you can easily hear your neighbours through the wall/adjoining doors. Whilst the spartan/contemporary look in terms of furnishings/decor can be good...it doesn't work here at all...it felt more like a prison cell! The rooms need a serious makeover and a lot of money spent on them to make them in any way acceptable. We only stayed the first night in this place, even though we had paid for 2 nights...we left first thing next morning and headed to the Keys!
