Loved our stay in the beautiful friendly hotel. From the minute we arrived the staff were nothing but helpful.
The room was spacious but small. Yet didn't have the same room feel about it. Very clean and loved the toiletries.
Extreemly handy for tube and over all a great location. Plenty of great restaurants and bars close by.
Go on, stay here, you won't be disappointed!

What a little gem! A delightful boutique hotel with a warm welcome, classic, tasteful decor and in a great area near the tube. On the edge of Kensington, near a thriving junction with a choice of great restaurants and coffee shops.
The bed room was compact but beautifully decorated, with everything you want in a 4*! The bed was covered with high quality bedware, was a little hard for my taste and pillows teased with a soft feel but less comfortable to sleep on.
Bathroom was super clean, well appointed, with a lovely piece furniture. Shower was hot and powerful but required much trial and error to manipulate the 3 controls to the correct positions. Got there in the end and it was worth it!
The modern flat screen TV offered many choices with a major bonus of free CD access with a wide range of choice - great! Even better was the french doors with access to a sunny balcony - heaven on the summers weekend we spent there.
Breakfast room was lovely if small with a great continental choice. Fruit salad was sparse, toaster was tempremental but these were small issues in a great smorgasboard of choice.
Welcome was warm and true, receptionist, cleaning staff, breakfast staff were all lovely and very professional and approachable, and service was impeccable.
Thanks folks. Great job! As Schwatzennegar says - I'll be back!
