Staff were great, very friendly and helpful.
Room was big enough and clean. Food in the Guinness Lounge was fantastic (especially the Irish Stew and Chicken Curry).
Breakfast was nothing special, but sufficient - if we hadn't have had it included, I don't think we would have paid 12.50 euros each for it.
Location was very good.
Hop on hop off Dublin City Tours great for getting around and seeing everything.
Nancy Hands pub, up the road from the hotel, was great - live music on Friday and Saturday, staff lovely, superb food - whether bar meal or restaurant.
