Wawel Castle and Kazimierz are about 2 km from the hotel. The Wieliczka salt mine is around 11 km away and the site of Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp is around 50 km away.

Our stay was for only one night in triple room for 3 adults. Proved to be 2 rooms[single bed in one and 2 singles in other] separated by short hall with shower room in between which was very convenient although space a little tight as several doors to negotiate. Beds comfortable ,rooms simple but clean and adequate.Breakfast: cereals,cheeses, meats and fresh fruit available more than adequate. Reception staff pleasant and helpful.Location quiet and 20 mins walk from main market square. Would be happy to return to this hotel when visiting again.
Atelier Hotel Apartments was clean and I had a good sized room. The breakfast was fairly basic but adequate. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise coming from either the next door restaurant or the common room in the Atelier(not quite sure as it was early hours Saturday/Sunday morning. A good base for touring the City and also very close to the Bus and Rail stations.Overall, I had an enjoyable 3night stay here.
nice little family run hotel, 5 minutes from the train station. very friendly and helpful. about 15 minutes walk from the centre. rooms clean, basic hotel ideal for a weekend stay. would go again.
