As a new establishment, the hotel has 156 rooms, providing a harmonious blend of ethnic tradition and contemporary features. The hotel has a conference hall, which seats up to 120 people, in an elegant and peaceful setting, as well as a lobby, which offers a 24-hour reception and check-out service, currency exchange facilities, cloakroom and safe. Guests can be pampered at the hairdressing salon, enjoy a drink at the hotel bar or dine in style at one of the hotel's restaurants. The spa will charm you with its oriental feel and the gastronomy will surpass all expectations with its mix of Moroccan and international cuisine, as well as its fish specialities. The hotel also provides both room and laundry services and a car park for motorists.

The rooms feature king-size beds with contemporary and homely decoration. Rooms are fitted with en suite bathrooms including a shower, bathtub and hairdryer. Other in-room amenities include a minibar, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, safe, double beds, Internet access, lounge area and beautiful views of the pool and the Andalusian gardens. In the interest of comfort all rooms are fitted with centrally regulated air conditioning and central heating.
Les Alizés, the international restaurant with terrace, benefits from a priceless ocean view and invites guests to take a gastronomic journey of discovery. Le Safran, the Moroccan restaurant, serves á la carte dishes, which give guests the chance to discover the country's fine traditional cuisine. And last but not least, Le Seven, the beach restaurant, is the ideal place to savour Essaouira's speciality: fish.
Within the hotel grounds there is a swimming pool with children's pool, poolside snack bar, loungers, parasols and a hot tub. The hotel spa offers a sauna, steam room and gym, while guests can also relax and indulge in a massage or one of a range of beauty treatments.

Our Customer stayed here in January 2010
Very chic hotel but lacking charm or character. Rooms are spacious, we had a lovely seaview. Breakfast buffet is below par for a 5-star hotel but we didn't quibble as the room rate was very reasonable. Some of the staff appear to be very inexperienced and nervous, although most are sweet and helpful, apart from the uninterested concierge and one of the reception staff, who was downright aggressive (he has since left, we were assured.)
