Very chic hotel but lacking charm or character. Rooms are spacious, we had a lovely seaview. Breakfast buffet is below par for a 5-star hotel but we didn't quibble as the room rate was very reasonable. Some of the staff appear to be very inexperienced and nervous, although most are sweet and helpful, apart from the uninterested concierge and one of the reception staff, who was downright aggressive (he has since left, we were assured.)
