Customer Reviews for Atrium Hotel Krakow
Our Customer stayed here in May 2011
We chose this hotel based on location, price and reviews from other guests.
The location was good (10 minute walk to the old town square and 5 min's to the Barbican).
We stayed for 7 nights, and the room we were given was quite small for that length of stay, (one small wardrobe and no drawers) but it was very clean, and the staff were generally friendly/helpful.
We were woken at 07:30 every morning by the noise of housekeeping chatting away, and we did have quite noisy residents on a couple of nights, so sleep was limited, but the double glazing did cut out almost all noise from the street.
The continental breakfast was quite good, but it is not always replenished, so don't leave it until the last minute if you want a good selection.
We ate in the restaurant on a few occasions and the food was good, but I would suggest trying some of the many other restaurants in Krakow, as even the ones in tourist areas are not overpriced.
We do plan to return to Krakow in the future, but would choose another hotel or apartment because of the noise issues.
