This is a lively budget hotel, just accross the road from the rail station in Nice. It is very convenient if you are going to be doing day trips by train (I went by train to Monaco one day and to Cannes the next). It is also very close to the main shopping street in Nice, and if you continue to the end of this street (about a 20 minute walk) you come to the Promenade de Anglais - the main beacchfront area. The room I had was nice and spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. The area can be a bit noisy at night - esspecially at the front of the hotel, so maybe ask for a room at the back if you want it a bit quieter. The coffee at breakfast was very nice. Overall I would recommend this hotel for budget travellers, stag parties, anyone looking for lively nightlife. You can get to this hotel easily from the airport by taking the 99 bus - which stops accross the street from it. The Hotel is also known as "My Hotel" on the sign outside, rather than Ayri, but its the same place.
