The Back Bay Hotel Boston - Ma

Once again everything was excellent in The Back Bay Hotel. Everybody from the reception staff to housekeeping were friendly ahd helpful at all times. The room was lovely, clean and quiet. This is my first choice pick in Boston every time.

Highly recommend this hotel. Great location, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and comfy. No problems and would recommend this hotel!

have to say this is a superb hotel,so central to everything and everywhere.the conceirge was brillant,so helpful for organising tours and great at giving directions. the only fault i would have is that there is no facility for making tea/coffee in the rooom,i know there is an irish bar only downstairs,but sometimes its nice to be able to have a coffee without having to get dressed!!!! really enjoyed my time in Boston and the Boston bay hotel made it alot easier, will definetly be back and wont stay any where else!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a really great Hotel. It is very centrally located.( Forget the car). The Staff are really great, very helpful and Friendly. The Hotel itself it Beautiful, clean and tastefully decorated. The bedroom we stayed in was very spacious with a great shower. The bar was really busy with a great atmosphere. We had the Bar food which was great quality, great value and huge portions. We ate in the Restaurant last year and that was also very good. I would highly recommend this Hotel and will definitely stay there again.

Excellent modern hotel centrally located. The building is the old police depatment headquarters. Rooms were small enough but very nice with very modern and clean ensuites. 5 minute walk from Newbury Street the main shopping and restaurant area.
