We stayed three nights in B&h Hotel, our room was beautiful however the view was of the bus station. The location is great, directly across from the main train station and within 10min walk to the city centre. The lobby and bar are modern and airy. This is a 4 star hotel however the service is not 4 star and this lets them down badly. The front desk staff were not overly welcoming or helpful, there is no room service or restaurant in the hotel, which was very strange. The first 4 star I've stayed in with no room service. The cleaning staff were very good. Breakfast was fine, basic continental. It was disappointing given how much the rooms cost.
