good location if need to be near airport, reasonably good access to downtown by bus.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very nice and modern. We enjoyed our stay very much and would gladly stay again.

This was our first time in a roomex hotel.We found the room very clean and spacious.As for the bathroom my husband thought i was never coming out again. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the fact they spoke very good english was very helpful to us if we had any questions to be answered. Everywhere was clean and a nice atmosphere was to be had.Food was of a very good standard and plenty of it. We have family in Spain and would definetely stay at the hotel again. Thank you JENNIE

Arrived 11am at hotel and we were allowed into the room, which enabled us to head into Barcelona for the day sight-seeing, without having to worry about the luggage. The room was excellent, with a mini-bar stocked with a few soft drinks, which were free. The dinnner that night was a buffet, with a very good selection of various meals, of which you could just help yourself, and as many times as you liked! Breakfast was the same, with a hot and cold selection of foods. The hotel had lovely decor and gave a very welcoming feeling. Everything was nicely laid out with leisure facilites and nice areas to sit and read. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The hotel also provided a courtesy bus to the airport which meant we could spend more time helping ourselves to the breakfast! The trip to the airport is also only 5mins away.

Proximity to Barcelona Airport is the reason my husband and I stayed at this hotel. This is our second time to stay here and both times have been most enjoyable and problem free. The hotel provides a free shuttle to collect clients from the airport on arrival and to return them on the day of departure. This is a PLUS for this hotel which itself is very good value and saves the client from the astronomical fares demanded by the taxis providing the same service. The hotel is very comfortable and the breakfast adequate. Check in is fast and overall I recommend this hotel 100%. I booked this hotel with Roomex.com and got a very good rate for B/B, cheaper by far than other websites.

You couldn't fault the room in any way, being clean and tidy with the usual comforts, the way a 4 star hotel room should be. Small, evening menu but good quality food. Reasonable wine list. Staff very friendly and efficient. I was only there to catch an early morning plane departure but the transfer mini bus was a bonus. Barcelona is my "home" airport so I would go back to the Tryp.

I stayed here on a visit to Spain, Iwould be very happy to recommend it to others. The hotel itself was beautiful and the staff excellent. The food was excellent. I would like if they changed their Gluten free menue on a daily basis. I would not hesitate to return.
