Hawtrey's restaurant is an ideal venue to relax and enjoy modern French cuisine by award winning Chef Jean-Luc Sainlo, formerly of Gordon Ramsay's 3 AA Rosette and 1 Michelin star Amaryllis Restaurant. Hawtrey's has been fashioned after a Jacobean Baronial Hall featuring rich mahogany panelling adorned with fine oil paintings, oak hammer beams supporting an intricate, coffered ceiling, rich carpets and furnishings, fine bone china and silver cutlery set the tone. It is a traditional property, built in 1628 with a more modern extension added over the years. The lobby is very elegantly decorated and features marble flooring, wingback chairs and fine oil paintings. It has a charming yet familiar atmosphere. Although the hotel is not central, it is conveniently located minutes from two main underground lines (Piccadilly and Metropolitan line). The hotel is set in 3 acres of landscaped grounds and gardens yet is conveniently located at the end of Ruislip High Street and is adjacent to Ruislip Underground Station (Piccadily and Metropolitan line).
