We have stayed at Comfort bastille many times. We always stay there when we visit Paris which is about every eighteen months. We always recommend it to family members and friends and all who have stayed there have agreed with our view. The hotel is ideally situated, on a bus route and a short walk from both Charonne and Bastille metro stations.Rue de Charonne is a great area, heaving with nightlife. There are many bars and restaurants within two minutes walk of the hotel and there is a host of night spots to suit any taste. The Rue de Fauborg San Antoine which is about 3 minutes walk away has great shopping facilities. My own favourite place in Paris is only about a 15 minute walk away, Pere Lachaise cemetery.
