Affording a minimalist style, this air-conditioned hotel caters to both business and leisure travellers to the city. Extensively renovated in 2006, the complex comprises a total of 156 rooms spread over 6 floors. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom and lifts in addition to a selection of shops, a hairdressing salon, a beauty parlour, a car hire service and conference facilities. It is possible to gain access to the Internet (WLAN) and there are room and laundry services to take advantage of, in addition to medical assistance. Various restaurants (Azure, Fusión, Barefoot Wet and the Sushi bar and restaurant) are housed within the hotel and offer a range of Oriental and Mediterranean dishes; there is also a grill restaurant. Location

The hotel is situated around 5 minutes away from the Kukulcán shopping centre, and within 20 minutes of the centre of Cancún. The airport is approximately 15 minutes from the hotel.

Room Description

The spacious rooms all afford views out over the sea or Nichupté Lagoon. Each comes equipped with a double/ king-sized bed, air conditioning, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, an Internet connection, a minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, ironing equipment, a safe and a sitting area. All naturally also come with an en suite bathroom featuring toiletries and a hairdryer.

Meals

A hearty breakfast is on offer to guests each morning; lunch and the evening meal may be taken à la carte or chosen from a menu. Special dietary requirements can be catered to. It is possible to book a half-board, full-board or bed and breakfast only stay. Drinks are inclusive.

Sports/Entertainment

There is a swimming pool with a poolside snack bar to make use of in the outdoor complex where sun loungers and parasols have been laid out and there is also a Jacuzzi to make use of. The spa centre provides full body massages and facials on request. The gym is equipped with cardio machines and a selection of water sports are on offer on the beach (diving, snorkelling, etc.). It is possible to play golf in the local area.
