The rooms are medium in size (15 square meters) and in very good condition. The difference between Standard room category and Superior room category is the size of the room only. The décor is contemporary in style, offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and is well-equipped and air-conditioned. The breakfast room is located in the basement. It has been totally refurbished to a high standard. It is a large, brightly lit room with lilac-hued walls, offset by acid-green leather sofas, light metal chairs, bleached wood tables and industrial-style lamps. The walls are decorated with pictures of flowers that are illuminated from behind. This is a 4-storey building, with a charming art deco facade dating back to the 1930s. The lobby is open plan, with a large lounge area, furnished with deep sofas. The informal setting is enhanced by neutral, cubist lamp shades and a display case exhibiting the latest trends in modern art and ceramics. Daily international newspapers are provided and there are two workstations in the lobby offering complimentary Internet access. In the lobby, there is also an espresso bar; at the far end there is a fireplace lounge with a wall-mounted stove and audio-visual facilities. Opposite the lounge there is a copper mosaic, tiled bar.
