By the time we arrived in the Belvedere hotel we were exhausted. we were very efficiently checked in by very professional staff.The room was immaculate but the toilet would not flush. We informed the staff at reception who assured us that it would be looked after.When we arrived back some hours later we found that the toilet flushed once but would not flush again after that. We did not get a restful sleep even though the room was very comfortable. It was through no fault of the hotel. There happened to be a very large group of soccer supporters in the hotel who were very drunk, abusive and aggressive. My parents who were accommodated in the opposite wing of the hotel to us had to put the chain on their door because men spent all night banging on their door and trying to get in, obviously thinking they were at their own door. There was a night porter at the main door when we returned to the hotel but he did nothing to quieten the very rowdy supporters.We were glad to leave the hotel the following day so that we could get some rest.

we really enjoyed our stay very comfortable and warm bedrooms nice breakfast; we went to westlife in crow park and it was only a short walk approx 7 mins which was great.

Friendly staff and a well appointed room. Very central. Enjoyed our 2 days there.
