Good location, good services.

Reception staff very efficient and welcoming. Their English was very good and came in handy when we sought directions. The bar/breakfast area really looked well and was fairly spacious.Rooms were relatively small but neat and to be expected for a city centre hotel. In terms of location first class comes to mind as it was so close to shopping facilities, and major attractions such as Plaza Mayor/Puerta del Sol. We would certainly return.
