I encountered no problems during my stay. The hotel is roughly a 7 minute walk from the Bons Secour. It seems to be in a nice area. When leaving Galway I got a taxi from Eyre Square to Flannery's during evening work traffic time. I can't remember how long it took but it cost €12.50! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Despite leaving the window open due to it being a warm night there was very little noise. The bathroom is also nicely done, although I did have to mop up water off the floor after showering. The glass bath screen lets out a lot of water. But, if you're looking for a hair dryer it's a little hard to find. It's a white thing on the wall in the bathroom that says shaver on it! Breakfast was very nice, with a good range of food available. Service was very quick. Wifi is available free. I was on the second floor and signal strength was only at about half though. No problems checking-in or out and the hotel offers secure storage for bags after check out.

stayed here with parents.rooms are clean with modern furniture. staff were very friendly and very helpful.great choice at breakfast, large varitey of hot and cold food. we had dinner in the pub which was very nice for pub grub. there was also a restaurant which had a good meal deal for two each evening. a very pleasant stay, would definitely go back

Very comfortable clean and functional room. All staff were very friendly and conveyed a friendly professional approach from reception to departure. Breakfast was nice and served until 10.30am. Hotel is advertised and promoted by staff as being a close walk to Galway city. It is a good 25 to 30 minutes leisurely walk and this will not appeal to some customers.

Excallant parking advailable at this location, quick hassel free check in. The room was spacious, bright & clean. with good facilities provided in the room. The full irish breakfast was excelant and the bar food was top class at a great price. i would have no problem recomending this hotel to the business trip coustomer.

I thought that this hotel was very comfortable and the staff service was superb. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. There were buses to and from the city centre right outside the hotel and I will be staying at the hotel again in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay in Flannery's. It is a very comfortable hotel, warm, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. A nice stroll into Galway about 20 mins. Overall had a very pleasant and relaxing break.

Evening meal served in Bar was delicious. This is the first time I was allocated a room on the ground floor, seemingly this floor has been renovated and rooms were to a very high standard. Based on my last visit to the Hotel, I would stay in Flannery's again.

Clean hotel, with comfortable bed. Rather dated decor and clientele, no leisure centre and limited facilities. Probably would'nt stay there again as better hotels available locally at comparable price.

overall i had a very enjoyable stay. It was great value. The staff were friendly and there was a good standard of hygiene. it is ideally located and i would definitely stay here again

We had a great time. The hotel was excellent value for money, the food really good with a great choice, and the room had everything we needed.A very relaxing and peacful time was had by all. The new furnishings and decoration in the bar have made a significant difference to the atmosphere- very upmarket.
