The rooms are medium in size, on average, although two double rooms are fairly small with a 4-foot double bed, and all are in very good condition. All are decorated in a modern style with light wooden furniture and pastel colour schemes. The bathrooms are small in size and in very good condition. The hotel has a pleasant breakfast room. The hotel is converted from a townhouse; the building, recently refurbished, is in excellent condition. The lobby is medium in size and is decorated in a modern and very pleasant style. This is a very good quality hotel in the heart of London. All guests arriving after 6 pm will need to check in at the adjacent sister hotel Nayland.(07/08 LP)

Staff were not helpful and the hotel/shift manager could not be contacted. Staff did not seem bothered by this and did not want to help with anything
