We enjoyed our stay. However, there was no soap in the hand dispenser. The actual container with soap was left standing on the floor under the sink and some of it had spilled out on to the floor. There was no hot water for a shower the following morning. We did complain to reception before we departed and they were extremely nice and courtious and apologised for any inconvenience caused.

Happy enough with hotel. Some of the seating in bar/lounge was shappy and torn and needed updating. Thought there wasn't half enough seating for number of people staying there. You also needed all the parking that was there as it was hard enough to get a space. Rooms were fine though a bit cramped I thought for a family room even though only two of house stayed there.
