The room we stayed in was perfect for the job, great location for the airport on an evening after our flight was delayed. The booking in process was quick and simple and the rooms were clean and ideal for our needs with good access for transport links. Breakfast in the morning was the best we had all week, with a good selection of drinks, fruit, cereals and meat and cheese. Overall a top place to stay. we'll be back. Thanks - Only problem was the taxi driver outside the airport, we really didn't realise the hotel was that close. It would have been nice to know it was literally a 200mts walk instead of being robbed for 10 euro's for a 20 second taxi ride. not the hotel's fault though. A sign straight outside the airport doors would have been helpful.

we stayed for 1 night (early flight home )but would gladly have spent a week. Clean room -superb breakfast buffet - good free parking - evening meals of local produce and good value,oh and realy nice staff.

Lovely hotel, service great - spotless, location super... good value

this hotel could benefit greatly from new carpets(stale smell from same)Cream paint would brighten up this tired hotel and a total renovation of the lobby area. A kettle in the rooms would be a must; This hotel is in a great location in Biarritz and the staff are very helpful.

The Tonic HOTEL HAS A GREAT LOCATION,VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY STAFF AND PROVIDE AN EXCELLENT BREAKFAST IN A LOVELY DINNINGROOM. The standard roon we stayed in however was not satisfactory. It was in too small, air conditioning very noisy and had aslight odour present.

This really is a great hotel and has everything going for it - well located close to everthing, lovely room (the bathroom was so clean it looked brand new!), great buffet breakfast and really helpful, friendly staff. Spent many a lazy few hours sunning ourselves by the pool on the beautiful rooftop terrace. We will be back!
