first time in Boston usually go to New York I will be going to Boston from now on.

We couldn't believe the Deal we got on such a good hotel! The location of the hotel is fantastic and you can walk to most attractions! The reception desk staff were extremely friendly and approachable. however I did find one of the concierege staff to be somewhat aloof! The room was massive! It had two double beds and the facilities and bathroom were fantastic! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Boston! It's all round iDeal!

Once again the Sheraton proved to be fantastic value , close to subway, shops and everything that is Boston. wonderful room on 26th floor with great views, staff lovely cannot fault it.

This hotel has a great location, but be warned...it is huge! there was a teachers' conference on for most of our stay so that meant long queues for check-in, check out, baggage retrieval etc. We had wanted to stay here for a number of years having had a drink in the lounge on several occasions, but the old bar and lounge are gone! They have been replaced by a cold and unwelcoming lounge and the 'Champions Bar' which is noisy has wall to wall TV's showing baseball games constantly. Hygiene was good and staff were very friendly and obliging.

We had a very pleasant experience, and no hassle with booking through a third party.

Once again everything was excellent in The Back Bay Hotel. Everybody from the reception staff to housekeeping were friendly ahd helpful at all times. The room was lovely, clean and quiet. This is my first choice pick in Boston every time.

Of the four Holiday Inn type hotels we stayed in, during our holidays this was the best. It was in a great location - only two stops by an excellent underground system to the city centre. There was also a shuttle in operation. The hotel itself was lovely with friendly staff. It had an added bonus in that there was a free hot breakfast included in the price. Also, they had an nice gesture of having free tea, coffee available in the lobby 24 hours. There was free computer access in the rooms and foyer. The bedroom was spotless with modern furniture.

My 6 year old son & I stayed at the Lenox for 5 nights. We had an incredible time. The staff were so so friendly and helpful - going way beyond what you would expect. They even went out and got toys for my son. I have stayed in a lot of hotels worldwide both on business and personal, and this was the best I have ever stayed in. The food was incredible, the service incredible, the staff amazing and the room was excellent.

You couldn't fault the room in any way, being clean and tidy with the usual comforts, the way a 4 star hotel room should be. Staff very friendly, all in all, a very relaxing and enjoyable stay !
