This hotel has a great location, but be warned...it is huge! there was a teachers' conference on for most of our stay so that meant long queues for check-in, check out, baggage retrieval etc. We had wanted to stay here for a number of years having had a drink in the lounge on several occasions, but the old bar and lounge are gone! They have been replaced by a cold and unwelcoming lounge and the 'Champions Bar' which is noisy has wall to wall TV's showing baseball games constantly. Hygiene was good and staff were very friendly and obliging.

A fabulous hotel. The staff were lovely & very professional. We were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost!! There is a lovely heated pool on the 5th floor. We didn't even have to leave the hotel for shopping as the Copley place & Prudential Shopping malls were on either side. The hotel is also very central. Top Class!!
