Staff not very helpful on arrival.floor of corridor, leading to bedrooms very shabby, carpets torn. Bedroom itself very adequate. tea/coffee facilities, tv.,clean bathroom. Just fine for a quick stay, we were at a wedding locally. value for money as we spent so little time there, but wont be returning again any time soon.

i stayed in the hotel with my boyfriend for a well deserved break. we are going to new york in december and this was our only break all year and we both were far from disappointed. on arrival the check in process was very pleasant. our room was very clean and spacious. it was extremely close to all ameneties especially the pub. a particular special touch was the vending machine in the corridor which helped get rid of late night cravings after a night out. the breakfast was beautiful as with buffet you can pick out what you want. many thanks and i would defenitely recommend this hotel.

Have stayed at this hotel many times in the past , and to go back yet again shows that we are more than happy with all aspects of the accomodation .

We had a wonderful weekend in Bunratty. The staff were very courteous, the food was lovely, just all in all the weekend was brilliant. You could see that the rooms were being upgraded so you didn't mind the slight datedness of some of the rooms (it added to the charm of the place) and because the bar atmosphere was great and the food excellent. The lobby area was fantastic social area - we meet some lovely people which you wouldn't normally get the chance to in other hotels. It was like a home from home and the staff couldn't do enough without being intrusive - nothing was too much trouble. Regards Siobhan
