The Burlington is a great hotel in a great location. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very nice and spotlessly clean. My only complaint was the temperature in the rooms. I didn't sleep well because of the heat..

We were attending a Christmas party .The rooms were shabby and the heat was turned off when we arrived. The food on the night was awful and the breakfast was no better.
The bar/floor/security staff had a degree in ignorance. The venue was also overcrowded to the point of concern for one's safety had there been an emergency. This is the second year that we used this venue ,last year was poor ( had to move rooms 3 times ) We were told at the time that the problems we had were due to some renovations that were taken place at the time. The venue is convenient for us so we decided to use it again having been assured that it would be up to standard this year. BIG MISTAKE
This Hotel falls well short of it's 4 Star rating .
