The rooms are medium in size, simple in furnishings, with neutral decor for walls. The rooms are mostly carpeted. Rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, TV, direct dial phone, and mini-bar. Bathrooms are in fair condition, most rooms are with shower. The hotel restaurant is opened for dinner, offering typical Tuscan cuisine. The hotel consists of twelve accommodation blocks and a main reception area with restaurant annex. The complex of houses is surrounded by a garden, the ‘pineta’, typical in this area of Tuscany. The lobby is quite large in size with wooden reception desk and opposite a spacious sitting area with sofas and armchairs. Thanks to the many windows, the area is very bright and welcoming. The main attraction of this hotel is its countryside location and peaceful atmosphere. It is the only hotel in Pisa with an outdoor swimming pool, opened from 15th of July until August. 0608 SR

The hotel is situated in the immediate suburbs of Pisa at about 4 km from Leaning Tower sightseeing area. There is regular public transport to both the main railway station and the Leaning Tower.

Our Customer stayed here in July 2008
This Hotel is some where between average and satisfactory. It is cheap and cheerless. Stayed one night, room was very small, we had booked a triple room and had about 20cm between each bed. However it was clean and had lots of parking. This hotel needs to be modernised. Don’t expect too much and you will be fine. Pool was not open and looked like it had been out of use for some time.
