Excellent hotel, exceptionally friendly, courteous and efficient front desk staff who went out of their way to help in any way possible. It is a long time since I have found such efficiency and helpfulness from a reception desk where nothing was too much trouble. I would heartily recommend this hotel and it was made all the better by being given an upgraded room!
