The rooms have been recently renovated and they appear in good condition. They are basically furnished and decorated but look comfortable and clean. The tiled bathrooms are also in good condition. There is a simple breakfast room where continental breakfast is served. The newly restored building still keeps the features of an old monastery dated back to the 16th century. It is a 3-storey property painted white with green shutters at the pointed and nicely framed windows. Lobby is spacious and simple and overlooks the canal. Very conveniently located, only 20 minutes by car or bus from the airport. Simple and basic, suitable for budget travellers without many expectations. MS 01/06

Hotel is located in Piazzale Roma area overlooking the Santa Chiara canal. It is conveniently situated a few minutes’ walk from the car parks of Piazzale Roma, and the bus and the boat terminals and the train station are also within easy reach. Despite being in such a convenient location for transport, the hotel Casa Sant'Andrea is positioned in a quiet and easy to reach typical “calle” that runs along a canal.
