Central Park Hotel London
Hotel Description
The rooms are quite large and airy, most of them with a small utility area and additional armchairs or sofas. The rooms are very simply decorated but very fuctinal. The bathrooms are extremely simple and vary in size from small with shower, to large with shower or bathtub. All the rooms have laminated wooden floors and no carpets. These are painted in cream, soft colours and blue/yellow patterned curtains and bedspreads.
All rooms are equipped with television, reading lights by bed head-rest and ensuite bathroom. Hair-dryers are available in reception. They all enjoy natural light through big, period windows.
Please note some of the rooms might be allocated in the annex building next to the main building. The restaurant is located in the ground floor, next to reception. A small staircase leads to the big breakfast room. The breakfast room is simply decorated but very large and well set up, something rare in this category of hotels. It serves Continental Breakfast only with a choice of cereals, juice, coffee and tea, cheese, toasts, butter, jam. This is an attractive period, 19th century town house, brick and stucco building with a glass doors entrance flanked by columns. The lobby is of medium size, simply decorated but well distributed, breakfast room and car park entrance leading directly to it. There is an additional sitting area with sofas and armchairs adjacent to the check in desk.
There is no loft in the hotel. This is a good property, ideal for the budget conscious traveller, very close to central London. The property and its facilities are simple but clean and well maintained. There is a car park at the back which is free of charge for guests, and an entrance that leads directly from the car park to reception, making it ideal for leisure and business travellers alike. A highly recommended hotel to stay close to central London. 24h manned reception. (12/08 RPL)

The hotel was in a very convenient place. The room (bathroom, bed, no internet etc)were awful. The staff was polite. The breakfast very basic. Not good value of money. If I could ask my money back, I would have done it!!!

The hotel is very well placed. In a couple of minutes you are in the center of London. The staff was very kindly and helpful. For the price you can't say a lot (très avantageux). I just found the room a little dirty ! But I'll return next time to have a good time in London.
