Customer Reviews for Central Park Hotel London
Our Customer stayed here in April 2012
Quite basic room, clean, decent shower! Unfortunately we were on the same floor as some sort of office in the hotel and On morning two I lost it and had to go out at 7 am to ask people to be quieter as we are on holidays and trying to get a lie in! To be honest this hotel is not very good value! We have been in much nicer places with Roomex.

My wife enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much and, should we visit London again, will most certainly try to stay at your hotel again. Our twin-bed room on the 7th floor was very nice, we liked the breakfast that was included, the restaurant, as well as the possibility to use the computer room downstairs. The concierge (the Asian gentleman) gave us good advice regarding London's toy store Hamleys, where we bought wonderful toys for our grandchildren.

Horrible Hotel, single room without air conditioned. Room very hot and very small. Bathroom very small and light not separable from extractor fan. Moquette not clean. Poor breakfast. Hotel Staff disagreeable. Checkin not possible before 15 pm !! I had a bad experience with clean staff and lack of towels after cleaning the room. Only one positive side is a good position.

the only problem with the central park is it has no baggage holding facility, this is a disaster, we had to walk 20 minutes to Paddington to leave our bags. My third time staying in the hotel this would put me off staying there in the future.

This is a very nice and spacious hotel. I booked a single room and from previous reviews some single rooms were without windows. I turned up early around 8.00am (I was on a training course in a nearby hotel) to see what the hotel was like. They gave me my room which was a double on the 6 floor, brilliant. There are plenty of hotels in the area mostly conversions in large town houses. This is a purpose built hotel with the usual comforts. The staff were very pleasant and helpful
