place is very central and easy access to all sights all within walking distance and its just near to the the tram station as well so reachable from the airport with metro and tram. rooms are clean. turkish bath is extra euro 35. near to restaurants and also sheesha place downstairs if u into that. carpet a bit old, very basic hotel and breakfast. price is economical for the location. otherwise its satisfactory. we were in the corner room so was probably larger and we stayed 4 days.
