Hotel Description
The rooms are medium to large in size and while basic they contain all the necessary facilities. They have a varied colour scheme, which is predominantly blue/brown with Formica furniture, but could benefit from redecoration. The bathrooms are in good condition with grey tiling. There is only a breakfast room in this hotel but it is bright and airy with pink decor and in the summer one can eat on the terrace. A traditional building dating back to the last century. The lobby is small but welcoming a little dated and extends to a bar, which is currently only open on weekends from 5 pm. This is a good standard 2 star property. 07/2007/jg
Area Information
This hotel is located in the quiet part of the well-known P.C.Hoofstraat, where the best fashion houses are based. The hotel joins onto the Vondelpark and the historical city centre. The Leidseplein and countless restaurants and bars are all within walking distance, as are the famous museums.
