Customer Reviews for Mint Hotel Glasgow
Our Customer stayed here in April 2011
Okay for what you need but woe betide you if you turn up 10 minutes late for breakfast - you won't get offered anything at all. Terrible. The breakfast things were still laid out and we weren't even invited to eat from the cold buffet ten minutes after the end of the breakfast serving time. Also the mini bar was locked with no sign of a key. Used tea bags were not replaced so it was green tea or nothing after the first night. Also the duvet didn't fit across the bed. We had to lie in the middle to get ourselves covered. Two very flat pillows each and no extra pillows provided. Bathroom very tight for space - you couldn't sit of the lavatory with the toilet roll on its holder, and the shower was not at all commodious. Really quite poor for the money. It was okay for the attending a concert at the SECC but I wouldn't go back. Try the Campanile or something else close by. This was a disappointment.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are decorated in a contemporary style featuring all mod cons, and it was nice to have bathrobes and White Company products in the bathroom. All staff were friendly and eager to help, and the breakfast was great too. Good location which includes free parking. It's a bit of a long walk to the city centre, but it's a very short cab ride. We'll definately stay again.
