My overall experience was satisfactory because the property just followed my expectations despite few things have left me with a bitter palate. My room was ok and particularly clean,something that I haven't found in some 4 stars in europe.The staff was friendly and efficient and in particular the GM was very attentive and welcome person.In the bad side there is no Gym but it was advertised,I haven't found the swimmimg pool,I have been charged 25dhs per hour for a wifi connection in the bar when it's been advertised that the any room was wifi capable. I saw other guest connecting and leave without paying and I was asking myself what was the policy also because the connection was a free unsecured connection and not a code hotel secured one.I have been offered a coffe without my request and that's doesn't compensate the amount charged by hour for a simple wifi connection. The noisy coming from the corridor was annoying (the hoover was passed even at 11.30pm)and a really disturbing corridor/hotel radio was going on untill late hours. The Tv signal was quite poor and only certain channels from particulat countries were clear,the rest was poor view.On my arrival I couldn't find the toilet paper which I had to request few times.The overall experience was good but they definetly needs to emprove in the point that I mention above.
