We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were there for a wedding. The staff were friendly and patient with the children and the food was delicious.
You couldn't fault the room in any way, being clean and tidy with the usual comforts. A couple of minor faults here and there that needed to be fixed.

travelled up from Cork with my son for the all Ireland hurling replay. The twin room we stayed in was spotless and very spacious.Staff were more than helpful even though the hotel was full to capacity, hugh crowds for breakfast would cause a problem i thought, not a bother service was excellent.Another reason I would return to this hotel you are only 10 minutes walk to the Luas, the only dissapointing feature of the week-end was that Cork lost the all Ireland, but like Cork we will be back.

Attended a conference and happy with accommodation and thought food was excellent considering over a thousand were being catered for at each meal.Power cuts occurred and TV in room did not work for hours afterwards but really hadn't time for watching it. Fortunately, my children were not with me as an unworkable tv would have been a disaster for them!
My only complaint concerns the quality of the towels which I felt were overwashed and lacking in softness!
I will be back but also wish the conference centre was connected by a covered walkway to the hotel as the weather was very wet.
