The Cloister Inn Hotel, Prague is a great choice for anyone looking for a good quality hotel at reasonable rates in Prague. I particularly liked the fact that the hotel had an excellent security system in place....I had heard a lot about the dangers of Prague before I went, so the scanner at the door, a card to be presented in order to get your key and a sense that the staff actually knew who you were after you checked in was especially welcome. Really this should be how every hotel in every city is, but I have to say that this was the best example of this level of care that I have seen anywhere in the world. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom equally clean with a good sized shower. There was a safety deposit box in the room which was also re-assuring. The hotel is about a five minute walk from the metro mustek, which links to the 119 bus to the airport. It is on a quiet steet, but within minutes you can be in the busy streets around the old town. Equally there are a number of nice restaurants and bars in the area without going to the hustle and bustle of the old town. The breakfast was good quality with the usual cold meats, eggs, etc...not so many breads on offer, but it was fine. I would not have liked to have been staying in the rooms opposite the breakfast room on the fourth floor, as they would be noisy from an early hour...that would be the only downside I could see of staying in this highly recommended hotel.

This hotel was AMAZING for the price we got it for, i was a bit concerned as we got it fairly cheap and it was a 3* hotel, but i needn't have worried it was amazing, there is not one bad thing i can say about this place! the room was lovely, very clean and really nicely decorated! the staff were really nice too, the breakfast was grand, nothing very fancy but still nice. it is excellently situated in Prague city and is just a really really nice place to stay for every age group, we are a young couple but we saw every age group there! i would highly recommend this hotel, we liked it so much we think we'll go back again in the summer! amazing place!!
