We went for Christmas week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We upgraded our room to have a balcony over the square.The hotel was spotlessly clean,well furnished and the staff were pleasant, courteous and efficient.The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was a fine buffet served til 11am! The Colon Hotel is in an ideal location for exploring this beautiful city on foot and we would wholeheartedly recommend it.
