The hotel has a spectacular position over looking the main Wellington harbour, it is situated at the leisure orientated end of the main central business district. The lobby is small. Access is from Roxburgh street for all vehicles and those without their own transport can access via an elevator from Oriental Parade.Location

The rooms are basic and simply furnished. There are currently major renovation works taking place at the hotel - February 2007. These are taking places in two phases , with the first expected to be completed by May 2007 and the second finished by October 2007. The completed rooms will be of a much higher standard.
