Have stayed in this hotel about 20 times over last 3 years because of great location, always hoping it would improve.however, not again, its really a middle of the road 3 star. 25 min.delay at check in, staff apologizing that staff meeting caused delay. Room without bedside locker,get out of bed to turn off the light, faded furniture, cleaning standards poor. Called reception at 11. 30pm. to complain about noise,called again at midnight and at 1. 00am . Had requested a quiet room.No attention to detail . The bar staff always pleasant and courteous.

This hotel although it looks modern at reception, is quite dated room wise. I booked a double and was happy with the space in the room (which is quite rare in London hotel terms). The furnishings were quite dated and the fridge was dirty. Our room faced on to the rail tracks at the rear of the building and the noise was quite minimal considering the location. Breakfast was quite good variety wise. Overall the hotel was disappointing for the price.
