The small to medium-sized rooms are basically furnished and decorated in neutral colours but offer a comfortable stay. Bathrooms are in good condition. The breakfast room is located in the basement and is very bright and airy. This is a traditional converted Victorian town house, in a street of similar buildings. The very small lobby is basic but functional. This hotel offers simple 'bed and breakfast' style accommodation with a friendly service. As there is no lift, guests with mobility difficulties may find the stairs inconvenient. Overall, a good product best suited to those looking for a simple base from which to explore London. (0807AB)

Area Information

The hotel is located directly opposite King’s Cross mainline railway and underground stations. The areas of Islington, Bloomsbury and Covent Garden are all within easy distance. Oxford Street and Theatreland are a short underground journey away.

we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. we were in London for football game at Arsenal fc. Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff, will definitely go back again.

Overall the hotel is clean with helpful staff and is convenient for rail networks and central London.Drawbacks were no lift,toilet and shower combo is a bit unusual and the squeaky bed means you wake up everytime you turnover.Perfect for a one nighter.

Crestfield hotel was just fab! Myself and friend really enjoyed staying here, a lovely sized room with big mirrors and a cute little sink also the beds were SOOOOO comfortable! The shower/toilet and the room were also very clean, and the staff were really friendly! We particularly liked being able to go into the courtyard area to have a smoke and stroke the resident dog! (We also liked being able to come and go as we pleased) Fantastic hotel, will definitely look forward to booking up again in the summer!
