The hotel is in two parts. The historic part of the building is a two storey Art deco building with a cream and brown facade. The modern wing is three storeys built in 2006 and is in a light sand coloured concrete finish.General
This property is an excellent addition to the accommodation options in Napier. A mixture of historic character and modern convenience. The views from the sea facing rooms are excellent. While not far from central Napier this hotel is perhaps more suited to those with their own vehicle. SE0607Lobby

There is a variety of room types. The one bedroom suites all have a balcony and some have sea views though these are limited. Above average size and in excellent condition as they were built in 2006. the suites all have flat screen LCD televisions and mini stereo systems. A modern light colour scheme with silver grey bed spreads. The kitchen facilities are limited but include , microwave, fridge, dishwasher and crockery. Bathrooms are furnished to a high standard and are medium in size half of them have shower over bath the remainder are shower only.
