We enjoyed an excellent weekend at the Crown Plaza. The lobby and bar area were clean and bright. All staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Check-in was fast and informative about facilities and breakfast times. Our room had everything we needed - was impressed with separate shower and bath. Shower was powerful and lashings of hot water. My only problem in the room was air-conditioning was difficult to regulate (very warm the 1st night). Breakfast was 4 and a half stars.... The menu of breakfast was as big as i've seen it, you could have literally all you think of for breakfast, cereals, fresh and dried fruit, yogurts, pastries, muffins, cheese, ham, sausages, bacon, potatoes, mushrooms, tomato and as many types of eggs you could think of. The chef would cook an omlette or pancakes on front of you. I would drop half a star because the chef said he wasn't making pancakes the 2nd morning we were there - a bit disappointing! All in all a worthy 4 star experience and would go back to stay again.

Bedroom and bathroom were both very spacious. Staff were very friendly and professional and the breakfast was excellent. The only negative was the bedroom was located on the same floor as the gym and I was woken to what sounded like someone pounding the treadmill in the next room!

This hotel is my favourite in Dublin. It is stlyish, and the rooms are superb. i had dinner also and the service was amazing....before now, i had never met such a nice man waiting on our table! (naturally i gave him a good tip) the woman checking us in was so polite and friendly. even though the room was a little smaller than i remembered, the quality was of a brilliant 4 star hotel, and complimentary mineral water in the room also, along with the usual tea and coffee. i would stay here again in a second and would recommend it to anyone! 5 star stay at a 4 star hotel! SUPERB ! :DD

Had a great time at the Crowne Plaza Dublin Northwood. Very convienent to the M50 from Galway. Was attending a function and the staff were very helpful in us decorating the room for the surprise party. The bedroom was very comfortable also and the hotel itself was very stylish. Thoroughly enjoyable.

I was staying at the Crowne Plaza as I was working nearby. Very comfortable hotel and a very high standard of decor. Breakfast buffet was great, good varied selection and included an egg station which is rare in Irish hotels. The bar had a great atmosphere. The bar menu a little limited when it comes to non wheat or healthy options but the food I had was tasty. Can definitely recommend Crowne Plaza and will stay there again.

Enjoyed the stay, one nights accomodation as we were attending a function in the hotel, so we therefore did'nt try the food in the in house restaurant and as the bed was so comfy we didnt make it down for breakfast either. The room itself was a bit small but it was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Would definetly recommend the hotel and will definetly return there.

Was there last Saturday May 14 2011 , Even the Irish Barman had not got a clue how to pour a pint of Guinness, It was just shocking, Also the Airport Shuttle leaves at 7 am and Breakfast starts at 7 am , They should look at moving the start of Breakfast to 6.45 so as to allow people who have paid for breakfast to grab something quick before they leave to go to the airport. Room was nice and bed comfy but the negative points outweigh , It back to Bewley's for me.

The Crown Plaza Northwood Dublin is a really nice hotel to stay in. Comfy rooms, friendly staff. Free shuttle bus to the Airport. Breakfast is great.

On business in Dublin, northside. Hotel facilities excellent. Staff professional and friendly. Secure Car parking at €6 overnight was reasonable. Some difficulty actually finding the hotel - it's in a "complex" and not visible from the road.
